United can recycle all your off-spec containers whether they contain food products or liquids. As the materials are de-packaged and placed into our processing equipment, specialized magnets remove ferrous and non-ferrous recyclables. Blowers and separation tables are capable of removing the plastic materials. The glass products travel over a screening unit that removes the metal caps and allows the glass material to travel to containers to be recycled. All the recyclable materials are then further baled or packaged into marketable goods and sold to mills throughout the United States, closing the loop on our sustainability and circular economy goals.
